Quality Management System
IRESC’s Quality Management System (QMS) has been established and implemented to provide consistency over the quality of the consultancy services provided to IRESC’s clients that meets the client’s requirements as well as applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. The QMS is also intended to enhance client’s satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance for preventing non-conformity. The QMS applies to all risk, process safety, environment and reliability consulting services offered by IRESC.
IRESC’s QMS has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015. It has been independently audited by third party consultant, Bureau Veritas and has been certified by United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS).
IRESC QMS is maintained and continually improved through the use of the quality policy, quality objectives, audit results, analysis of data, corrective and preventive action and management review. A brief description of the QMS including activities related with its implementation is provided below.
